HAPPY NEW YEAR!
This month's PONA meeting is
scheduled for this coming Thursday the 21st at the usual 7:00 p.m. Same
place....Advent Lutheren Church at 5901 San Juan Ave. You've all heard
our City Manager, Henry Tingle....our immediate past Mayor, James Shelby
and many others rave about the impact of our own Citrus Heights Police
Dept and its Chief. This will be your opportunity to meet and welcome our
Chief Of Police CHRISTOPHER BOYD, who will be our Keynote Speaker.
If you appreciate what you've
seen happen in our cozy little City of Citrus Heights in the last 3 1/2
years, come show your appreciation at this meeting. Not only has he
organized, put into operation, expanded, and revised how law enforcement
works here.....he's reduced crime in our City by 30% (and more in some
areas) in just a little over 3 years.
Also, the POP presentation
will knock you out of your seats with their program (showing off for the
Chief....is suspect) and we have some fantastic news to share with you
regarding our Neighborhood Improvement programs. Come early and get a
chair....as we have a packed program and WILL start on time. See ya all
there!!!
Area 5's meetings occur on the third Thursday of each
month at the Advent Lutheran Church, 5901 San Juan Ave, at 7:00 PM.
Citrus Heights Mayor
will be the December speaker.
